What is your return policy?
A video of the package being opened must be presented to claim damage; otherwise, we DO NOT accept returns for hygienic reason. If you receive your item damaged, you are entitled to an exchange, no questions asked. You must email us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Items that need to be returned must be shipping to us within 7 days from the day you received the order. If your order is lost in transit, we are not responsible. To be eligible for a return, you item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact form.
How do I get a refund?
Prior to returning your item, Contact Us with the subject line "Refund" - you can visit this page through our website by clicking on the "Contact" link in the header. If you order is eligible for a refund, we will provide you instructions for returning your item in your email. Once you return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, less the postage costs incurred by us for your item.
